"GrowQ were brought in to lead the design and build of our Group-wide FP&A model. The build was focused on improving the consolidation process of the Group’s various separate entities, building in a previously disjointed excel based payroll model forecast and to automate foreign exchange conversion across our global reports.
Throughout the course of the project, Joe was friendly, responsive, and helpful, providing expert advice that we did not have internally.
Joe also sourced and managed a dedicated offshore model builder, Himanshu, to assist with our project. While Joe was responsible for managing their workload and output, we worked very closely with Himanshu and had direct contact with him regularly. Himanshu was also a pleasure to work with.
With Joe and Himanshu’s help, we have been able to reduce time spent on manual consolidation tasks and improve the accuracy of group reporting including foreign exchange implications. This has enabled the FP&A team to spend more time analysing data and other value-add activities"
